As a Technician Engineer at Marriott, you will be a vital player in ensuring our global properties operate smoothly, reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovative service. This position involves maintenance duties, facility management and ensuring all lodging accommodations meet Marriott's high standards of quality and safety. Perform routine and preventative maintenance across various hotel systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Respond promptly to guest service issues and engineering concerns. Maintain daily logs of operations, maintenance work, and repairs. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols. Support other engineering staff and participate in team meetings. Collaborate with the management team to improve service delivery and efficiency. Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Proficiency with tools and repair equipment.
