Your Role As a Registered Behavior Technician , you’ll provide hands-on support and skill-building services to adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs. Working closely with leadership and consultants, you’ll help individuals build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and engage meaningfully in their homes and communities.
