Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Chula Vista, CA. The Occupational Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement treatment programs aimed at improving functionality and enhancing quality of life. Responsibilities include one-on-one sessions, monitoring progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, and providing education on personalized exercises patients can perform independently.
