Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Validation Engineer Team Lead to drive validation efforts for high-performance semiconductor components, GPUs, and data center hardware systems. This role requires hands-on technical leadership in system-level validation - including rack and tray-level systems - as well as oversight of a much-shift team. You'll be working cross functionally with software engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams, taking ownership of validation workflows while supporting continuous improvement in performance and reliability. Duties & Responsibilities: •Lead the execution of hardware and system validation test plans •Perform rack and tray-level validation for semiconductor and data center hardware •Conduct power, thermal, stress, and functional testing to ensure system reliability •Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other tools for deep electrical debugging and analysis •Write Python scripts to automate test cases and data collection •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug hardware/software issues •Deliver clear test reports and analysis of system logs and performance data •Recommend and implement validation improvements and process optimizations Required Skills/Experience: •7 years of experience in hardware validation, system-level testing, and software validation •Deep expertise in rack/tray system validation and electrical debugging •Strong proficiency in Python scripting •Hands-on experience with hardware validation tools (Oscilloscope is a must) •Understanding of CPU-GPU interactions, memory subsystems, high-speed interconnects •Strong communication, troubleshooting, and reporting skills Nice to have: •Experience in data center environments or HPC •Knowledge of Machine Learning workloads and their impact on validation •Familiarity with Linux environments, tools, and scripting •Exposure to DFx methodologies and post-silicon bring-up •Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks Education: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Hardware validation | Data center | GPU | System testing | Semiconductors | Rack-level systems | Tray-level systems | Python | Oscilloscopes | Logic analyzers | PCIe analyzers | Automation testing | Software validation | Data Analysis & Reporting | Machine Learning workloads | Linux | DFx | CI/CD More...
