Youll also carry out monthly internal quality audits, ensuring external regulatory requirements and internal processes and procedures are followed • Its likely that a substantial amount of travel will be required, including occasional overnight stays and some evening commitments. What are we looking for in our Regional Directors? • A proven record of leading a successful portfolio of homes, inside the care sector. • A natural people person who enjoys building lasting professional relationships and demonstrating the value of collaboration • An ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust amongst key stakeholders • Evidence of successfully managing and delivering business KPIs, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth within a complex business • A demonstrable record of effective decision making, strategic thinking and project delivery.
