Pay rate $25-$35 an hour depending on experience Stable, long-term employment with a company that’s been in business for 40 years Exposure to one-off and custom high-value work – not high-volume repetition Access to modern machinery and a clean, organized shop Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plan Job Details Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Operate manual lathes and other equipment for general job shop machining Cut tapered threads for API connections Perform your own setups and interpret blueprints with minimal supervision Collaborate with team members on custom one-off and low-volume production jobs Measure and inspect threads to ensure they meet spec using gauges and precision tools Maintain quality standards and complete accurate documentation Qualifications: Proven manual machining experience Prior experience threading API tubing highly preferred Proficiency using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and thread inspection tools Strong experience with manual lathe operation Ability to read blueprints and inspection documents Familiarity with tapered threading (manually or with specialty machines) CNC experience a plus Interested in hearing more?
