Position: HR Coordinator II We’re looking for someone with a strong HR foundation to help support and improve core people processes — from onboarding to compliance, employee relations, and beyond. Key Areas You’ll Support: • Maintain and regularly audit employee files, team databases, and internal systems. • Track compliance items, certifications, and help with long-term planning initiatives. • Support HR leadership with policy implementation and proper documentation. • Assist in conducting internal checks to ensure alignment with labor guidelines. • Act as a connector between staff and HR leads, helping surface and resolve concerns. • Participate in employee engagement efforts across the organization. • Assist in documenting and addressing basic employee relations matters. • Coordinate welcome processes for new hires — from paperwork to orientation. • Help organize and track recruitment activity (applicant flow, interviews, follow-ups). • Work closely with leadership on streamlining existing workflows and updating procedures. Preferred Background: • Minimum of 2 years in an HR-related setting with exposure to admin, compliance, and support functions. • Bachelor’s degree in a related area is preferred. • Comfortable using internal platforms and office software tools. • Sharp eye for details and a practical approach to problem-solving. • Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
