MASSIVELY EXPANDING & EXTREMELY REPUTABLE COSMETICS CO. is actively interviewing and excited to select a VP of Sales as a newly created role due to GROWTH. As the VP of Sales to this REPUTABLE Co. Selected partner will be appointed to execute the exciting responsibility of developing new distribution plan for a Domestic market including Canada. As the VP of Sales you will be trusted with the continuation with established relationships with key accounts to make sales plan and to develop their business strategies, and consult CEO on lucrative prospective opportunities and development of new market territory. VP should be able to assess the strengths and weaknesses so that further development of common business opportunities is exploited and potential risk factors are reduced. In addition, develop marketing calendar in alignment with yearly goal. Carefully manage promotional conflict calendars. Plan and execute advertising strategies. Execution of client retention strategies using appropriate mediums is crucial to the success of this MASSIVELY expanding brand which is highly regarded in market. A professional that is able to manage budgets and profit objectives is a huge plus for the Co. Seeking an astute individual that is able to plan, implement, control and deliver annual stock and sales plans and profitability goals. Additional objectives that would assist in continued success of this Co. is to also have the expertise to manage P&L?s of assigned accounts assessing their strengths and weaknesses so that best decisions are made.
