The role requires providing end-to-end system architecture solutions and managing customer engagement.Key Responsibilities

• Work with Salesforce account teams to ensure customer success
• Act as a Trusted Advisor and SME for clients
• Guide implementation projects to follow Salesforce methodologies and align with product roadmaps
• Deliver technical consulting, including workshops, reviews, training, development, and support
• Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions
• Lead planning, organization, and leadership within project teams
• Continuously develop expertise in Salesforce Industries Platform Cloud and related technologies
• Contribute to thought leadership and share knowledge within the Salesforce communityCandidate ProfileEssential: Proven consulting or professional services experience, excellent communication skills (Spanish and English intermediate level), teamwork, problem-solving ability, and technical skills in cloud platforms and integrations.Preferred Skills:
