      • Managing the gym budget
      • Overseeing sales revenue, processes, and systems
      • Monitoring and evaluating gym-related managers' performance
      • Managing hiring, training, retention, and development of staff
      • Scheduling staff including trainers, managers, and sales teams
      • Delegating and evaluating responsibilities of sales teams
      • Developing succession plansOperational Tasks:
        • Ensuring high-quality service and hospitality
        • Making effective decisions on member services issues
        • Planning and participating in monthly special events
        • Maintaining the facility with staff supportMust-Haves:
          • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
          • CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
          • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
          • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies
          • Ability to drive sales through community outreach
          • Understanding of testing requirements (gym tours, inquiries, audits, referral programs)
          • Entrepreneurial spirit and participative leadership
          • Ability to meet and exceed goals
          • Basic to advanced computer skills
