This role is responsible for managing a wide range of financial tasks, including reconciling, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, GAAP, budgets, journal entries, audit, and analyzing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for detail. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to our strategic direction and help shape our financial future. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in finance, working with a diverse and talented team.Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports regarding net revenue losses, operating costs, and other expenses.
- Analyze and interpret financial data and provide insights to the management for decision making.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up support.
- Ensure all financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Assist in the budget process, expense and income forecasting.
- Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage internal controls, ensuring they are effective.Qualifications:
