Locations: San Francisco - Los Angeles - Denver - Seattle - San DiegoWho We AreThe NAMR Commercial Team is at the rockface in driving BCG's commercial agenda with our clients. This is a dynamic, challenging role with multiple responsibilities that require diverse skillsets. In this role, you will partner closely with our experienced Commercial Directors and directly coach, support, and enable our Managing Director & Partners and client account teams on commercial best practices. This individual will also help build and manage the commercial team infrastructure including internal databases, operational processes, advanced analysis, and tool building. Additionally, the role will tackle special projects that will drive innovations and enhancements to current processes and thinking and design the operational aspects of the resulting evolutions in our pricing approach.What You'll Do - Teaming with Commercial Directors on deal support (e.g., developing negotiation strategy, analytical modelling, advising on tactics) throughout the end-to-end process for establishing rate cards & MSAs, value-based pricing arrangements, investments and other complex deals
- Assisting with ongoing proactive management of our existing client rate card portfolio
- Delivering trainings and tools to enable client account teams and providing coaching on commercial best practices
- Evolving state of the art commercial best practices, content, and decision-making tools that enable the NAMR Commercial team, client teams and other colleagues
- Collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence to uncover trends and insights
- Teaming closely with revenue management, finance and legal teams to ensure a unified approach to the Partnership
- Working collaboratively with the broader NAMR Commercial team to support team-based initiatives, projects and recurring team management activitiesCreating and maintaining dashboards and content management tools that track metrics and provide insights to facilitate decision making and enable the day-to-day support of the broader NAMR Commercial team.In addition, you will also have opportunities to lead and contribute to initiatives that will drive innovations and enhancements to our global Revenue Management strategy and operations.You're good at:

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree, preferably an MBA, JD or PhD, a plus
- Significant experience working with senior stakeholders, preferably in a dynamic project-based work environment
- 5+ years of relevant professional services experience with preference for experience in law, procurement, structured finance, private equity, corporate development, management consulting or investment banking
- Experience in multinational environments desirable
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

You'll partner closely with Commercial Directors in NAMR and all other regions and Global Revenue Management. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:
- In San Francisco the base salary is between $131,000- $152,500 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- In Los Angeles and Seattle the base salary is between $122,000- $142,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- In San Diego the base salary is between $120,000- $140,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- In Denver the base salary is between $114,000- $133,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geographyAnnual discretionary performance bonus between 0-16%5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service.
