- Develop and execute a cutting-edge commercial strategy that fuels revenue across all segments-rooms, meetings & events, food & beverage, and ancillary services.
- Lead sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy, rate optimization, and brand positioning.
- Manages the OTA Strategy in collaboration with Revenue Management through monthly market leader reviews and media investments.Sales & Business Development
