The successful candidate is expected to report to the Technical Innovation Center in Mountain View, CA three times per week, at minimum.The Software & Services division of General Motors is responsible for defining and delivering software, electrical hardware, and services that enable and support GM vehicles. This includes mechatronic infrastructure, OnStar connected services, infotainment systems, and autonomous driving, creating complete vehicle experiences for customers.Our goal in Software & Services Product Management is to build a world-class software development culture aligned with the company's shared vision. We aim to develop an elite portfolio of software-defined vehicles by integrating software, hardware, and services to deliver compelling vehicle experiences.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Product Manager with a focus on stakeholder alignment and strategic vision in complex global environments. The role involves fostering relationships, navigating organizational dynamics, and leading teams to revitalize outdated eCommerce shopping platforms, aligning them with modern technology and customer needs.The ideal candidate is passionate about Shopify Plus and committed to delivering high-quality, customer-centric digital shopping experiences that are strategically viable for our business.What You'll Do Develop, manage, and drive product initiatives across the organization. Contribute to defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, marketing, and sales-to align on product goals and priorities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and manage product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and specifications. Create and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Work with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and compelling interfaces. Define and track metrics using OKRs and KPIs to measure success and guide decisions. Communicate updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners. Manage product launches, develop go-to-market strategies, and coordinate teams for successful releases. Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
