Job Purpose:
The Order Entry Administrator will support sales and customer order processing.
Nature of Duties:
Enter sales orders and document control data into our ERP system, Oracle 11i.
Understand and process internal ICE orders, including cross-references.
Understand and process EDI orders for third-party customers.
Set up files and double-check the work of other entry administrators, process RMAs for CSR's.
Assist in pulling files and researching A/R issues for CSR's.
Adapt to changing priorities during daily activities.
