Operations Manager, Medical Staff Services - Oceanside California

We have an immediate need for an experienced and committed Operations Manager with a background in leadership and hospital operations. As a valued and key member of the management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervisory and administrative work in managing and coordinating Medical Staff Support.





Position Summary:

? Assess, plan, implement and evaluate all aspects of services; ensuring 24-hour accountability for the delivery of quality services and response.

? Integrate, facilitate and coordinate leadership, management, operational and clinical activities of services.

? Partner with Chief of Staff and other leadership to coordinate operational effectiveness via meeting structure and communication, educational offerings, and educational offerings

? Provide operational, financial, and quality oversight for services, including credentialing and maintenance of medical fair hearing plan staff privileging



Position Minimum Qualifications:

? Knowledgeable in the business of the business of health care along the continuum of care, clinical decision support data analysis/syntheses and quality improvement, regulatory and legislative issues, required.

? 5 years of leadership experience in a Medical Staff Office required

? 10 years of experience in a hospital setting required

? Track record and ability to provide training and employee development required

? Bachelor?s degree in a related field; BSN, BA required

? Master?s degree preferred

? CPCS certification required

? CMSC certification preferred

? Current CA RN license preferred

? Background in product line development a plus

? Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
