Seeking another Medical Administrative Assistant with at least 3+ years experience fulfilling general Medical Administrative Assistant duties. Candidate must know how to schedule, have intermediate/advanced MS Excel to create spreadsheets, some event planning, and making judgment calls. Professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills is a must! Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-paced environment. Heavy reports, heavy filing, and organization of confidential files will also be a part of this job. Knowledgeable in EPIC is a huge PLUS!
