Seeking detail-oriented, computer savvy individual with excellent customer service skills who can work with people of all backgrounds. Will maintain efficient patient care and partner with licensed staff leadership in operation decisions to ensure provision of high quality care. Will ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations related to the operations of the health center, including DHS. OSHA, Environmental Health, Board of Pharmacy, CLIA, Title X, FPACT and Medi-Cal. Will implement and ensure compliance to all Risk Management and Quality Assurance practices as outlined by the integrated Quality and Risk Management Programs. Oversee appropriate scheduling of center visits to maintain financial integrity and stability of the operation. Develop and implement annual center plan and budget. Collaborate and ensure successful communication with staff members regarding policy and protocols and staff development needs, and conduct team meetings on a regular basis. Accountable for daily reconciliation of deposits and logs, submitting invoices and expense reports, account receivables and conducting audits as necessary.
