• Accelerated career growthJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will report to out CFO. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies. You will also be responsible for managing profit and loss (P&L) statements and ensuring financial compliance. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement financial strategies, financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis.2. Manage, prepare, and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.3. Oversee the preparation and evaluation of P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and other related financial and non-financial reports.4. Collaborate with senior management to establish financial and operational goals, and develop strategic plans to achieve these goals.5. Monitor and analyze financial trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.7. Develop and maintain systems for internal controls, financial management, and reporting.8. Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits.9. Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid in decision making.10. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading FP&A functions. 3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.4. Proficient in using financial software and databases.5. Exceptional skills in managing P&L statements.6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.9.
