Description Providence is calling for applications for our August 2025 RN Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Fellowship at Redwood Memorial Hospital. An RN Fellow at Providence St. Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
