By transforming the character, we give life back to the people who have lost it through substance abuse and mental health issues. -Our mental health inpatient facility houses 6 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. This facility is adjacent to our 15-acre facility, located in scenic Bangor.Positions available : - - Full time:
- Tuesday-Wednesday and Friday- Saturday -NOCs (11:00pm-7:30am)

- Provides care to patients in a manner that promotes safety, comfort, and the therapeutic environment.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living; attends to patient behavioral issues and provides assistance in crisis intervention, as needed.
- Works with a multidisciplinary team in leading milieu activities such as current events groups, community meetings, life skills, and/or recreational activities, as appropriate to the specified population.
- Charts patient observations, following policy and procedures requirements/mandates.
- Participates in the development and implementation of treatment programs.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient and all records.
- Transports patients to and from community appointments, clinics, labs, and/or treatments, as and when appropriate.
- Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety, environmental and infection control standards.
- Document and utilize Electronic Medical Record.
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings, group sessions, and in-service education.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements
