If this sounds like you, read on.Highly preferred locations for this opportunity are Research Triangle Park (RTP) NC, Boulder CO, New York NY, and San Jose CA.Job RequirementsAs the lead Human Resource Business Partner for our Global Marketing organization, this role will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other NetApp executives to align HR strategies to business objectives, optimize organizational performance, and foster a high-performance work environment. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves given the roles responsibilities include both strategy and execution, owning work end-to-end. This role requires the ability to influence, coach, and execute with rigor.Key Responsibilities: - Serve as an advisor and coach to CMO and the Marketing leadership team. Actively engage with senior leaders to shape HR strategies aligned with the best interests of the business.
- Proactively identify and address critical organizational and talent challenges and remove barriers impeding the success of the business.
- Lead strategic HRBP work including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and building talent pipeline.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to 1) help identify insights that guide proactive talent strategies and 2) measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of HR programs for the organization.
- Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Be a key member of the HRBP team, share and learn from best practices, and help our team continuously improve and deliver efficiently.
- Work in tandem with HR Center of Excellence leaders, and across HRBP leadership, to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.Qualifications
