As a Business Operations Principal, you will work alongside executive leaders to provide thought leadership and drive initiatives that enable achievement of the business and product portfolio objectives. You will also have an opportunity to work across the broader communities (e.g. Product, Marketing, Finance, Business segments) to help innovate and drive change in how we operate.Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership in identifying opportunities to drive velocity and effectiveness of executing to the business and product goals
• Design, implement and manage workflows that drive product development and delivery
• Design and define process automation and tooling requirements for planning and execution in a SaaS environment.
• Analyze planning, execution, and operational data to provide insights and actionable recommendations
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Finance, Business segments) to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex product development velocity and efficiency problems
• Lead strategic initiatives or projects end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization
• Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate operational excellence, decision-making, and best practices at scale across the company
