HRIS Specialist will be responsible in exploring and maximizing the HRIS system and streamlining the process.Individual will also assist in developing the initiatives in empowering Human Resources department with efficient utilization of HRIS system. Individual will also be responsible in developing, maintenance and implement data systems and features.



Required experience



Proficient in working with HRIS and time keeping systems( ADP Enterprise Etime, Kronos)

Must have 3-5 years of HRIS or HR Generalist or Specialist experience.

Must have 1-2 years of project management experience and systems implementations experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

Must have good written and oral communication

Must have knowledge of wage and laws.



Required Education:



Bachelors degree in computer science or related field equivalent work experience
