Logistics Systems Transformation - Business LeadSunnyvale, California, United States Operations and Supply ChainDescriptionAs the Logistics Systems Transformation Business Leader, you will be responsible for developing and driving a multi-year systems transformation strategy that embraces autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI/ML optimization, and advanced simulation capabilities. You will collaborate with partners across the organization to identify problems, provide requirements for future-state logistics systems architecture, and oversee implementation of solutions that drive measurable business value.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive logistics systems transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design innovative logistics systems maximising principles of no-touch autonomous workflows, bi-directional data connectivity, AI/ML optimization, and simulation capabilities.
• Serve as the main liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
• Drive organisational change initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.
• Develop cases and ROI analyses to secure executive consensus and investment for transformation initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of logistics systems solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic vision.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the logistics technology roadmap.
• Lead teams through all phases of the transformation journey, from ideation to implementation.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives.Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading technology transformation initiatives or large-scale system implementations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of logistics systems and technologies, including TMS, WMS, and visibility platforms.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience developing strategic roadmaps and driving organizational change.
    • Solid understanding of systems integration and data management principles.
    • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrable ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,900 and $258,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
