This may include primary care and/or specialty care locations across various sites. The role involves collaboration with the Vice President of Medical Group, front-line managers, and staff to improve care quality, enhance financial performance, and boost satisfaction among patients, physicians, and employees. The director works with medical staff leadership-including the Senior Medical Director, Physician Department Chairs, and Physician Team Leaders-to develop and implement business plans for current and future departments and programs. Leading by example, the role emphasizes reducing infrastructure costs and promoting high-value performance.
