• Join a team that includes a pediatrician, 3 medical assistants and full support staff
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, no call, nights, or weekends
• 10 exam rooms, lab on-site with GeneXpert machine, room for minor procedures
• Medical Director - only 5-7 hours per month - $18K-$21K additional compensation
• Cerner EMR with dragon dictation but transitioning to EPIC in 2026
• 1st year guaranteed base of $314K/$60K sign-on/$45K quality bonus/$15K relocation
• RVU Production with a RVU rate of $52
• Full benefits including 401K with annual match
• CME, license & DEA fees, and medical staff dues reimbursed
• 5 weeks of PTO that increases with length of employment
