Seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who thrives at multitasking. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this individual will assist in all aspects of marketing for this design-driven and dynamic internet retail portfolio. Ideal candidate is tech savvy and has experience in e-retail and worked for a company like Amazon or Zappos for example



Responsibilities

?Assist the Marketing Manager with promotional strategy execution and reporting

?Coordinate campaign production from creative briefing through publish, ensuring an error-free and on-time release

?Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring cross-departmental deadlines are met and

recommending adjustments as necessary

?Track and report upon marketing programs, promotions, campaigns, incentives, and other

marketing activity

?Administer email marketing, scheduling releases and assisting to build new programs

?Assist with social media marketing efforts as needed

?Copy writing and editing as needed

?Assist with event sponsorships planning and coordination

?Function as the day to day go to for marketing needs, questions, and adjustments



Qualifications

?Excellent organization, attention to detail and project management skills

?Enthusiasm for working as a team; ability to establish good rapport with colleagues

?Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

?Commitment to integrity, strong work ethic and positive attitude

?Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

?Self-motivated, results-driven professional who consistently delivers high quality work

?Strategic thinker with desire to learn and grow in position

?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or other related discipline

?3+ years experience in a Marketing or Production role (Multi-channel Ecommerce experience is preferred but not required, with experience planning and analyzing promotional campaigns)



Preferred

?Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools

?Experience with an ecommerce and email platform
