Seeking an Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 5 years experience working in the manufacturing industry. Knowledge in inventory, logistics, and supply chain is a HUGE plus, but not required. Seeking an individual who also has experience in light accounting utilizing QuickBooks Pro. This individual does not have to be an expert in QuickBooks, but some prior RECENT knowledge would be acceptable. Duties will vary day to day but at the end, will support the managers schedule and help them meet their deadlines and projects. MS Office is also important since most reports will be entered in Excel, checking emails using Outlook, and typing professional letters on Word.
