As a Mortgage Advisor, you will generate mortgage loan production from company-provided leads from existing portfolios, the Internet and radio and television advertising. You will be expected to connect with, build and leverage strong client relationships in order to close the sale. Active NMLS licensure in multiple states is required. Other qualifications include two years of experience as a mortgage banker with call-center experience preferred, and a great ability to convert ?warm transfers? into hot prospects. A Bachelor?s degree is preferred, but not required.
