Great opportunity with an upscale bank seeking a Senior Loan Administrator. In this position, you will complete more advanced loan processing tasks in support of the Income Property Lending department. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Real Estate law, pre-law or accounting. Will also accept someone with 5 plus years real estate loan processing of income properties. Must have a strong understanding of the structure of different borrowing entities and title insurance, loan closing process and commercial property insurance. Additional related and complex loan processing training desirable.
