Job Responsibilities
Support the Mountainview, California office remotely, working Pacific Standard Time hours.
Provide exemplary customer service to North American candidates.
Focus on candidate care, process improvement, and automation.
Partner with recruiters to deliver a candidate-centric hiring experience.
Schedule complex interviews and manage calendar conflicts.
Educate stakeholders on interview scheduling tools.
Ensure timely feedback to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Support onsite candidate greeting and interview logistics.
Assist in onboarding new hires and monitor background checks and drug screens.
Maintain candidate trackers and communicate challenges during recruiting processes.
Job Requirements
Relevant degrees or certifications.
Experience with high-volume scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Recent graduates or those with learning agility and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred: Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday), background check vendors (HireRight), and recruiting support in fast-paced tech environments.
Minimum of 2 years supporting recruitment activities in a coordinator role, including scheduling and background check management.
