We are searching for an energetic and upbeat individual to join our team as a Terminal Manager.--- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options to fit your needs:- Employee-only Coverage pays up to 2% of gross earnings- Family Coverage pays up to 4% of gross earnings--- 401K - 100% match up to 5% of employee's contribution--- Company car or car allowance provided--- Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months--- Holiday pay after 90 daysEssential Duties and Responsibilities--- Oversee the day-to-day terminal operations for one or more locations--- Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained, and labor costs are within budget--- Manage controllable costs to meet company goals--- Promote a safe working environment for all employees--- Provide leadership and coaching by offering direction, support, training, and accountability to all terminal members--- Work closely with Account Managers as new business comes on board--- Support the organization's goals and objectives--- Travel as required--- Other duties as assignedExperience, Skills, and Qualifications--- 3+ years' experience in LTL operations in a supervisor or management role required--- Skilled at leading effective teams--- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills--- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and LTL AS/400--- Ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining effective organizational skills--- H.S. Diploma or GED/equivalent required; College Degree preferred--- Basic English language proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal) required
