HR/IT Benefits Business Analyst needed for a great company in Oxnard. You should have a solid foundation in HR with knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll along with HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will be strong in reporting, resolving and assisting in designing systems. You will work the the IT technical resources for system solutions, perform impact analysis, maintain and modify the HRIS to address changing needs as well as research and resolve HRIS system problems, In addition, you will provide back-up support to the HR teams. 10% travel in California. Very Strong Knowledge of Oracle including Payroll, E-Business Suite, Oracle Advanced Benefits.
