A/P Assistant - Needed ASAP! - Concord California

Looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant with excellent customer service skills. In this role you will be reviewing daily work received from other offices and departments. Making corrections as needed, and preparing check requests for processing. Audit of expense reports, including follow up with office staff to get missing documentation. Will also provide excel reports as needed.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 5 years Accounts Payable experience.

- Strong Excel skills and 10-key needed

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Past experience working with deadlines

- Strong attention to detail

- Timberline software strongly preferred

- Experience working with vendors to resolve Accounts Payable issues

- BA Degree highly preferred
