With over 20 years in business this stable East Bay Company is seeking a Bookkeeper. Company seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 to 7 years accounting/bookkeeper experience. Reporting directly to the CFO, job duties include, post, verify and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivables and expenses, maintain aging and place collection calls in to customers. Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Prepare statements, invoices and vouchers, knowledge of payroll laws and calculation.
