Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.Preferred Qualifications: - Strong understanding on the challenges and best practices of deploying GenAI systems at scale for efficient inference at edge.
- Deep knowledge of neural network algorithms, trends in ML space and challenges associated with deployment.
- Ability to drive system level analysis of GenAI models and understand associated tradeoffs on model size, performance, accuracy/quality, power and benchmarks towards defining HW/SW roadmaps.
- 3+ years of Product Management or related work experience. Solid understanding of machine learning (ML) models and inferencing techniques on general purpose and domain specific accelerators - NPU.
- 3+ years of product management or engineering development experience for ecosystem, product development process, release cadence and geo specific partners.
- Experience training and/or deploying deep learning applications across CPU, GPU and NPU engines.
- Background with different AI SW stack solutions including Qualcomm and other industry players in Mobile, IoT, Automotive or Industrial markets would be a strong value add.
- Experience in Agentic AI, Hybrid AI design would be a strong plus.
- Execution oriented and track record of driving on time deliverables to customers with aggressive schedules.
- Exposure working and implementing GEN AI would be a strong plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
- Defining ML inference optimization solutions roadmap encompassing AI/GenAI technology, HW, SW across multiple platforms and product lines.
- Consistently and sustainably advance the state of AI, including setting and executing against roadmaps for 6-month plus timeframes.
- Work towards long-term ambitious research, development and productization goals, planning and successfully executing and intermediate milestones working with various internal stakeholders.
- Define use cases and develop methodology and benchmarks to evaluate different approaches.
- Prepares and delivers highly complex technical presentations regarding state of the art in AI, and taking the lead on development and design innovation of new and complex products to articulate differentiation of products to customer and identify trends.
- Translates customer feedback and external environment into potential changes for the differentiated product roadmap and communicates this to senior leaders.
- Ensures successful cross-functional collaboration by ensuring that agreed upon KPIs and specifications are met for a new, complex product(s), upon delivery by engineering team.
- Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholders.
- Provides this information to guide design conversations.
- Completes product development and definition activities for a new or highly complex, owned product, including determination of cost and impact, and interacts with sales team to generate forecasts.
- Holds self and team(s) accountable for remaining up to date on competitors, technological advances, and the product ecosystem and taking the lead on development and design innovation of new and complex products to articulate differentiation of products to customer and identify trends.Minimum Qualifications:
