The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with experience in intellectual property and exhibit ambition and a quick aptitude for learning. This position offers the opportunity to work autonomously while closely collaborating with engineers, attorneys, IT, and operations personnel.**Position requires to be onsite in San Diego full time (5 days a week)Responsibilities: - AI and Technical Expertise: Leverage experience with Gen AI applications to effectively communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and aligning software solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including attorneys, engineers, and operations personnel, to translate their needs into comprehensive and clear software requirements. Foster open, respectful, and inclusive collaboration with team members and other departments to understand project impacts and navigate conflicting priorities and time constraints.
- Project Management: Actively manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for multiple projects concurrently. Adapt to moderate changes in priorities, gather information, and ask questions to overcome setbacks, ensuring task completion.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues across the domain to gain insights, ideas, and connections. Serve as a primary subject matter expert and contact for projects, representing the department or functional area effectively.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify issues, gather information from various sources, and recommend solutions to help execute the team's roadmap. Perform troubleshooting on complex issues related to bugs in production systems or applications, collaborating with subject matter experts.
- Decision-Making: Make objective and ethical decisions within your area of work and provide feedback on decisions made outside your area. Plan activities to meet objectives and communicate delays in a timely manner while offering effective solutions.
- Documentation: Draft original documents, imagery, or work products within established guidelines.Minimum Qualifications:--- 7+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.OR--- 9+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.Preferred Qualifications:
