Key Responsibilities

Creating, maintaining, and further developing reports and dashboards using Power BI for various HR business aspects
Collaborating closely with departments to understand and address their requirements and inquiries
Integrating and analyzing data from various sources to generate insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

Ongoing studies in business administration, communication, (business) informatics, or a comparable field with initial IT experience
Basic knowledge of SAP R3 and strong numerical affinity
Good to very good experience with MS Office, particularly MS Power BI
Technical affinity and interest in digitalization topics
