A company is looking for a Non-QM Loan Processor to efficiently manage loan processing and communication with borrowers and investors.
Key Responsibilities

Review loan files and organize Non-QM documentation, providing initial needs lists to borrowers
Communicate with borrowers to gather outstanding items and provide updates, maintaining contact every 48 hours
Manage underwriting conditions, coordinate with the processing team, and ensure timely loan closings

Required Qualifications

3+ years of wholesale or retail mortgage processing experience
Familiarity with Non-QM documentation and underwriting guidelines
Experience with niche loan products such as Bank Statement Loans and Jumbo Loans
Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS required
Strong understanding of FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan guidelines More...
