About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiting Lead who has strong closure skills and can independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk. • Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various software engineering roles
• Become an expert on the automotive and autonomous systems industries
• Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
• Manage recruiting programs
• Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers (quick path to leadership)We're looking for someone who has:
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Evidence of a fast growth trajectory at a reputable agency
  • In-house recruiting experience
