We're hiring a--Class A licensed Underground Construction Worker--who's ready to take the next step in their career. If you know the underground game-drilling, potholing, vault setting-and you're tired of dead-end jobs with no future, this is your shot.

We do things right, we back each other up, and we're building a team that's in it for the long haul. This role is for someone who wants to work hard, earn respect, and grow into leadership as the company scales.

Responsibilities:
--- Work on underground utility jobs involving HDD, open trench, and restoration
--- Set vaults and boxes, pothole for utilities, and perform saw cutting and jackhammering
--- Load and transport materials and operate heavy equipment
--- Keep the site clean, organized, and most of all-safe
--- Read plans and follow the direction of foremen and superintendents
--- Represent Omni with professionalism and pride on every job

Qualifications:
--- Class A CDL - required
--- At least 1 year of experience in underground construction
--- Solid knowledge of directional drilling, potholing, vault/box setting, and backfill
--- Can handle a jackhammer, skid steer, or backhoe without hesitation
--- Physically capable-able to lift 90+ lbs and work in the heat, cold, and everything in between
