Hill International is seeking a Organizational Change Management Lead in San Diego, CaliforniaResponsibilities

• Provide support using Organizational Change Management (OCM) best practices/methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR Change Management Model for department-wide changes to ensure smooth adaptation.
• Prepare strategies ahead of project kick-offs, provide ongoing heat maps of acceptance, guidance on working through issues as projects progress, and feedback analysis on progress.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Change management certification or designation required.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to and interact with a variety of audiences using various channels.
  • Ability to facilitate and consult with senior leaders to gain sponsorship, approval, and engagement of the business in executing the change management strategy.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with formal training in an organizational change methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Ability to evaluate the success of change management activities and provide progress reports to stakeholders.The salary range for this position is $120,000-$155,000.
