The Division is made up of three separate Business Lines, Autonomous Airpower, Advanced Effects, and Mission Autonomy. Air Dominance and Strike has developed hardware including the Fury and Barracuda Autonomous Air Vehicles and software namely Lattice for Mission Autonomy. We are seeking a Senior Director, Air Dominance and Strike Growth to join the team and help continue to support our hyper-growth Division.WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead large capture campaigns, with focus on growing programs of record or similar transitioned programs at scale
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft long term growth and product strategies for the Division
- Develop and maintain close, trusted partner relationships with offices of senior military and civilian US Government customers, current and prospective customers, as well as industry partners and suppliers
- Assist the customers in meeting their requirements and capability gaps with capabilities, products, and technologies available or being developed by Anduril and in relevant defense sectors
- Provide guidance, advice, and support to Division leadership team regarding business investments and priorities
- Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities, proactively communicate and resolve program issues, and provide strategic direction to program teams
- Lead initiatives that move the organization forward, contributing to business / financial performance
- Deliver on financial performance commitments and strategic market growthREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
