Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: $250,000
• Additional bonus paid quarterly (based on quality care and productivity models)
• Sign on bonus: Yes, amount determined case by case
• Relocation assistance: Yes, amount determined case by case

  Responsibilities
  
  • See patients of all ages in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Average 18 to 22 patients per day
  • Minimal supervision of 3 NPs or PAs
  • Call rotation is very minimal: phone triage once every 4 to 5 months for one week after clinic hours.
  • Provider may choose to work Monday-Thursday or Friday-Monday Requirements
    
    • Valid and Unrestricted Medical License in the State of California
    • Board Certified in Family Medicine
    • DEA License
