Permanent, FT Family Medicine Physicians needed in Sonoma County, CA Location: Sonoma County, CA Setting: Outpatient Clinics across the County, 4 total. Schedule: Clinic Hours + Call Shifts: M-F, 8a-5p + Call Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted CA License, or attain CA License
• Truly Board Eligible( minimum) in Family Medicine
• Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
• ACLS, BLS Certifications
• Willing to relocate, if necessary
• Must supervise APP Providers
