Reporting to our senior staff engineer/manager, you will be at the cutting edge of firmware development for radio solutions in the 5G space, focusing on high-speed communication protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, and SerDes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled firmware engineer with experience in DSP, RF technologies, and embedded systems, who is eager to make a significant impact in the cellular infrastructure and high-performance networking industries.Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and validate software and hardware systems that support high-speed packet processing, Ethernet standards, and SerDes interfaces.
- Work with high-speed communication protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet (10G/40G/100G), and other high-bandwidth technologies.
- Develop and optimize hardware architectures for high-performance networking systems, ensuring minimal packet loss and low latency.
- Design and implement advanced SerDes architectures and interfaces for interconnects in high-speed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize high-speed signal integrity, signal processing, and packet switching mechanisms.
- Contribute to developing and optimizing TX/RX signal processing features, including DPD, QEC, and Passive Intermodulation Correction (PIMC).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in high-speed networking, Ethernet standards, and PCIe technology.Job Requirements
