Company:Qualcomm India Private LimitedJob Area:Engineering Group, Software EngineeringGeneral Summary:In the WLAN firmware group, you will be designing, developing, unit testing, bug fixing, and maintaining WLAN firmware components that implement functional aspects of WLAN features on low memory footprint processors. These components work in tandem with device drivers running on host processors. The host driver and firmware implement WLAN drivers on Qualcomm's WLAN SoC platforms. You will be working on cutting-edge WiFi technologies, solving challenging WiFi design and performance issues, and collaborating with leading WiFi ODMs and OEMs globally under high-pressure timelines. Additionally, you will manage a team to meet development and maintenance requirements for WLAN projects.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Skills/Experience:
  • Outstanding ability in C/C++ programming.
  • Experience developing drivers, embedded systems, data structures, and firmware.
  • Experience working with low-memory systems and optimizing code/data.
  • Good knowledge of OS theory and system architecture.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with WLAN protocols (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).Education:
