- The initial compensation for this position ranges from $73,469.40 - $90,358.09 per year.
- Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity considerations.
- 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, and select Peer Certifications.*
- 7.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions*
- $1,500 hiring incentive payout after 30 days and 6 months!*

- Provides facilitation and coordination in the development of individualized services for youth and families.
- Implements strength-based family-centered methodology into planning.
- Understands interactions of complex systems in the context of a family's life.
- Elicits, values, and incorporates divergent perspectives in action plans.
- Participates with families as a complete unit with focus on individual strengths/concerns/needs.
- Facilitates the development and refinement of effective safety plans.
- Ensures the involvement of natural members with the Child and Family team.
- Documents clearly and accurately.
- Participates effectively in both internal and external multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of interventions with youth and families.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Master's Degree (M.S./M.A.) in related field.
- Experience serving individuals with complex needs including SED youth/families.OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Availability to participate in 24-hour on-call program.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MHRS and licensure eligibility.HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
