We provide opportunities for advancement, flexible time off, and ongoing safety training to support our team's success.Key Responsibilities: Financial & Payroll Management - Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting
- Insurance & Compliance
- Maintain company insurance policies, renewals, claims, and compliance
- Ensure licenses and certifications remain current
- Assist with contractor and vendor compliance
- Human Resources & Office Administration
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and ensure labor law compliance
- Assist with onboarding, training, and benefits administration (healthcare, 401(k))
- Oversee office operations, supplies, scheduling, and administrative tasksQualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager in construction
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and handling accounts payable/receivable
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, HR procedures, and compliance
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with construction contracts, lien releases, and project tracking
